STORAGE TANK INSPECTION IN ANGOLA
Want to have your storage tank inspection and certification by an accredited third party for meeting the API 653 and ISO requirements? We partner with you on API 653 storage tank inspection and certification for issuing fit-to-use certification and remaining life assessment. Our services include tank integrity inspections, fit-to-use certifications and remaining life assessments, corrosion mapping, ultrasonic thickness gauging, tank dimensional surveys, vacuum box testing and settlement surveys. We can provide a foundation settlement survey for storage tanks and an edge settlement survey for accurate measurement of tank tilt and alignment problems. We use advanced 3D scanners and LiDAR scanners with minimal manual intervention to capture accurate 3D laser measurements of peaking/banding, verticality, ovality, roundness, and straightness. API 653 In-service storage tank fitness certification and remaining life assessment are periodic requirements of fuel oil tank terminal owners, contracting companies, and refinery owners.
Settlement surveys and dimensional control are mainly associated with storage tanks used in the oil and gas industrial field and are mandatory for the fitness certification issuance, asset integrity inspection, and storage tank inspection certification. Our API 653 storage tank inspection and certification services include NDT inspection, corrosion mapping, MFL floor scanning, settlement survey, corrosion rate calculation, hydrostatic testing, vacuum box testing, MFL floor scanning, and robotic scanning of wall thickness of shell.

STORAGE TANK DIMENSIONAL SURVEY IN ANGOLA
We will perform mandatory laser scanning surveys of above-ground storage tanks to determine their geometric condition, dimensions, deformation, settlement, verticality, and overall integrity. The objective of the tank survey is to establish the real geometric dimensions, tank diameter and height, shell roundness and out-of-roundness, shell verticality and inclination, foundation and edge settlement, and permanent digital records. Our tank inspection results are delivered as 2D tank profiles, 3D models, point cloud representations, color-coded tank deformation maps, photographic documentation, and roof geometry results.
